Job Summary

Their primary job responsibilities are to explain, sell and execute internet services to the corporate and potential customers and accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Map potential customers and identify their needs
• Apply the corporate sales process
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads
• Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and prospects
• Communicate with leads and customers via email
• Answer all lead and customer questions accurately
• Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers
• Advise on appropriate purchase options
• Promote specific internet package as directed by upper management
• Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
• Source and work customer referrals
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
• Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
• Daily, weekly and monthly plans to the line manager

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in ISP/ICT sales, must have effective communication skills as well as a communicator between team/client and management, responsible for working with executives to determine the needs of company’s targets.
The candidate must be excellent in both spoken and written English and Dari/Pashto;
