Request for Proposal with Afghanistan Cricket Board

ACB/ In-Stadia Advertisement and Sponsorship Rights /2018/04

1. About Us
The Afghanistan Cricket Board manages and runs cricketing affairs in Afghanistan and is a full member cricket board of International Cricket Council (ICC). It’s the only country that has received full membership in a record time. We play our domestic matches in Afghanistan while our international matches are played in UAE and/or India.
2. Requirements
We are looking for Companies or Marketing Agents for acquiring ACB’s In-Stadia Advertisement and Sponsorship Rights from June 2018 to 31st December 2023 (Future Tours Programme) in accordance with the following:

• Area of Rights: Rights to In-Stadia Advertisement and Sponsorship of international matches/series

• Restrictions: Any person or entities with an existing unresolved dispute with ACB or any other ICC Member Countries on a point of law or fact shall be ineligible to participate in the tender process and submit bids.

• Eligibility Criteria: The Company or Marketing Agent must be in operation for at least 03 (three) years in the same business. Marketing Agent(s) must have the capability and reasonable experience in marketing international standard cricket events, with entire FTP rights holding of at least 01 (one) Test Playing Nation. Interested parties are requested to contact Chief Executive Officer and/or Head of Media and Marketing of Afghanistan Cricket Board for further details on ACB In-Stadia Advertisement and Sponsorship Rights.

• Financial Offer: The interested parties shall submit a financial offer along with proof of their eligibility to the following email address no later than 23rd May 2018 (12 PM AFT).

The ACB reserves the right to cancel the entire process and/or modify, add or alter the terms of the In-Stadia Advertisement and Sponsorship Rights and/or the conditions by issuing notice(s)/addendum(s) at any time prior to the bid and to reject any or all offers at its sole discretion, without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
