About Asia Pharma Ltd. (manufacturer and importer of Medical Equipment):
Asiapharma was established to take part in developing and advancement our dear country (Afghanistan) with lots of vigor hardworking at the time when both atmosphere and work labor was not in access in Afghanistan. The company has informally started its construction and building along with its fundamental activities on 07/1384 (late 2005). The company proudly found its first products (medical, hospital, orthopedic equipments) being presented in the market in the beginning of 1386(beginning of 2007). Although the company has experienced a lot of difficulties and problems in the course of its progress, it has been steadfast in achieving its holly purposes. Asiapharma is fully intended and planned to take part in developing of Afghanistan.
Responsible for Sales and Marketing of products and services
Requires travel to provinces:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
Undertake and perform sales & marketing activities focusing on achieving sales target for products assigned
Develop and maintain an effective relationship with medical centers on a national scale
Create brand awareness to increase sales of company’s products.
Increase company’s market share and anticipate the sales target.
Attend trade shows, product launches and sales meetings in provinces in which Asia Pharma has a branch.
Work closely with marketing and sales team and providing needed reports to General Marketing and Sales Manager
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
Provide consultancy & training services to customers
Build a strong relationship with existing and potential customers
Analyze and report of market & competitors
Job Location:Afghanistan, Herat
Dari, Pashto, English
Academic background in Marketing, business management and related fields (having a degree in medical technology or other medical fields with experience in marketing is an advantage)
Advance knowledge of English language
Knowledge of using computer programs (Windows, Ms. Office, Internet and typing, design programs such as Photoshop or Corel Draw)
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to details and fast learner
Team working skills
At least 5 years of working in similar field.
Herat, Afghanistan. With travels to other provinces.
