Job Summary:

Kakar Advocates seeks to hire an Admin Director to supervise daily support and operations of the firm and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. The Admin Director will be leading a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.

Duties & Responsibilities:


Oversee and supervise the Administration Unit;

Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees;

Prepare and update the current Rules and Regulations of the organization;

Oversee and supervise Procurement, IT, Finance, and Human Resources tasks;

Working with other departments to scope out strategic developments and new facilities;

Developing innovative solutions to issues that arise;

Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the firm to facilitate the operations;

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes;

Maintaining a safe and secure work environment;

Developing personal growth opportunities;

Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained;

Any other tasks assigned by the Managing Partner.

Qualifications:


Bachelor degree in Administration, Management or a related field, MA preferred;

5-7 years working experience with the government or International organizations;

Fluent in written and spoken English;
