Job Summary:


Manage the CCAP plan and monitor daily activities and compile the plan with practical work to achieve the target on CCAP-OM and DACAAR policy accordingly.

Close coordination with local authorities, line ministries for upgrading communities capacity building on development purpose.

Mange the training conducting plan for Staff/CDCs/CCDCs/Sub committees in accordance CCAP action plan.

Manage operational facilitates arrangements and financial expenses in province and district level.

Duties & Responsibilities:


Make sure DM/PT/SOs responsibilities have done in good quality range on CCAP-Action plan accordingly.

Make sure all staff understand the CCAP objectives and overall program management is going smoothly.

Check and monitor the CDCs/CCDCs/Subcommittees participation during the capacity building/conducting training by the relevant SOs biweekly.

Monitor and make sure that activities are running smoothly on target plan and there is close internal co-operation between provincial/districts offices staff.

Holding staff meetings based on requirements for accurate direction toward of target achievement and prepare the minutes of meeting.

Monitor DACAAR assets of sub-offices and advise to DM for using in proper way.

Make sure that all training materials purchased and used in good quality range.

Inform DMs/PT about any official decisions and issues happen in regional and HQ level and make sure the relevant staff to read related letters and minutes of the meetings.

Solve the problems, happen between DACAAR/Line ministries/PMU/Local authorities with the help of DMs.

Coordinate the CCAP program activities between DACAAR and line ministries in provincial level.

Capacitate and motivate staff to achieve CCAP target due to operational manual and action plan.

Check, Control and sign all related CCAP documents in provincial level.

Prepare DMs/PT appraisal for FOs and check other staff appraisal in accordance DACAAR policy and HR instructions.

Preventing unnecessary expenses in district and provincial level.

Oversee proper use of DACAAR money and closely watch the cash flow and expenditure recording in both province and district offices.

Report weekly/monthly/quarterly progress to CCAP manager and HQ master trainer.

Any other official task assigned by program management

Experience: At least 5 years experience in (NSP) & (CCAP).
