Duties & Responsibilities:


Work closely with Accounts Receivable staff to provide clients, billing attorneys and
assistants with up-to-date and accurate billing and payment information

Responsible for sharing the details of clients and unpaid bills with the bill/debt
collectors. He/she has to rectify any errors in the bill details or amounts and resend the
same to the clients.

Prepare, prints, files, and submit hard invoices to the clients

Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers

Collects cash checks against bills receivable.

Responsible for daily deposits, keep reports of transactions

The billing officer sends reminders regarding unpaid bills to the clients. He may also
contact them through telephone if they do not reply to the reminder.

Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions

Track and reconcile bank statements

Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)

Process tax payments

Support monthly payroll and keep organized records

Record accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed

Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Other Duties as assigned
