Job Summary:

Activation Agent Customer Care will answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information. You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online and over the phone. You will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Receiving all forms of soled Sim card
 Develop activation, bill payment, handset servicing and other related Sim card activation process and implement the same.
 Work closely with distributes and franchise and develop strategies of Sim card activation.
 Cotching of target which will give by Sale department.
 Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
 Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
 Answer and manage incoming calls
 Receive and interact with incoming visitors
 Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.

Job Location:

 Completion of a 12 class degree preferred to the bachelor degree
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Proficient in relevant computer applications
 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment or marketing
 Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
 Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
