Afghanpharma Company registered at No.3226 as a limited company started its activities under the regulations of Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Health of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 1996.
You are responsible to develop, manage, monitor and drive the marketing strategy and activities across all segments including ATL, BTL and Culture Marketing. You will work closely with sales department to ensure marketing strategies are in line with growth of brand and achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish the company’s products as a strong consumer-focused brand by designing and executing short, mid and long-term programs achieving strong credibility of the product and brand, brand awareness, offering personal experiences to our consumers and adding actuality to our brand.
Development and implementation of strategies and plans for the company’s events.
Plan and execution of trade marketing and promotions.
Distribution of coolers to potential customers, handle repairs and returns.
Drives the development and execution of regional culture-focused marketing initiatives such as music, sports, dance, fashion, film, social innovation through events, artists, and influencers.
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
Determine and manage the marketing budget.
Liaison with media and advertising.
Arranging for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
Job Location:Afghanistan, Kabul
Masters or Bachelor Degree in Marketing.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in marketing field and marketing management.
Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Budget-management skills and proficiency.
Professional judgement and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
