Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Tasks:
 Perform the process of Reward & Recognition i.e., the MTN Shine program in MTNA, develop culture of reward and recognition and keep line managers informed of MTN Shine nominees
 Educate the business about online Innovation Submission Form processes and criteria, encourage employees to present nominations and review all nominations
 Advertise the MTN Shine program inside MTNA premises to inform employees of various stages of the program and of the winners
 Develop and implement OpCo change plan to implement integrated recognition framework and drive education campaigns defining the value, benefits and ROI of recognition
 Identify constraining factors and causes that hinder managers from recognizing employees,
 Develop and implement new initiatives to drive manager led recognition; align these initiatives and assess their impact on the culture of recognition and fostering of MTN values
 Facilitate behavioral change and sustenance of manager led recognition
 Provide input for process improvement
 Prepare all the Human Capital Reports and ensure that all necessary reports are accurately and timely prepared
 Daily monitoring of attendance system, Timely reporting of absentees, Timely registration of MTNA employees
 Ensure installation of Hand key readers in all MTNA premises
 Report /resolve issues of attendance / door system if any
 Provide timely and accurate ID cards to the new recruitments, problem solution of the issues raised in MTNA ID cards
 Ensure to provide ID cards within 2 days to the employees who lose their IDs and Proper record of the ID cards
 Ensure employees get new ID cards with new MTNA logo until the end of March 2011
 Prepare accurate list of employees birth dates, Celebrate employees birthdays on the exact dates; also Provide a bouquet of flower on the birthday
 Provide a birthday card duly signed by the GM – HR, concerned Division head and CEO
 Clear the invoices of cake and bouquet suppliers on the end of each month and to keep a proper record
 Collect the TIN forms from new recruitments and existing if any and Send them to the MoF for the TIN generation
 Ensure to provide the original TIN number form to employee
 Keep proper record of all TIN numbers issued to MTNA staff
 Accurate record keeping of all employees
 Ensure presence of necessary documents
 Ensure all the relevant documents of employees are timely placed in their personnel file
 Ensure all personnel files are properly placed in the hanging files
 Ensure the files are placed on MTNA number in the shelves
 Ensure all the processes are followed
 No single task to be carried out without the proper steps of HR processes
 Report any amendments / modifications as required or necessary
 Prepare a proper format for the reports
 Timely provision of reports required
 Ensure the customers are dealt well in your area
 Timely request fulfillment of customers
 Ensure all clearance forms are processed immediately
 Ensure to receive all the necessary items like ID card, SIM card etc
 Place all the clearance forms in to the personnel files of employees
 Ensure that balance leave of employees are indicate in the clearance forms
 Report the reasons in exit interview form to immediate supervisor
 Ensure all employees are provided with necessary medical services when needed, Proper tracking of all records
 Proper process and tracking of payment reimbursement for Medical service provider
 Ensure new comers timely receive their Email ID and official GSM
 Proper tracking and record

Job Location:

Education: Bachelor degree-business degree major in HR or equivalent

Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience
Training: Business & HR planning Computer literacy-MS project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS access, MS PowerPoint Statistical analysis
