About Online Trading Academy:
The Online Trading Academy is a professional institution to support the training needs on financial markets for the people of Afghanistan. The academy provides the best in class training for trading in various financial instruments like stocks, indices, bonds, futures, options etc. across currency (FOREX), Commodity (Bullion like metals, gold etc.) and securities market (Equity). The Academy imparts education to students, professionals and various other market participants on how to trade(buy and sell) in world financial markets for income and wealth creation. Training is provided for both theoretical understanding, and in practical application (on livestock markets),
Provinces to travel:
Critical thinking, problem solving, organization, attention to detail, leadership, clear spoken and written communication, active listening, social grace
Knowledge of program management and development procedures
Ability to prepare documents in the technical fields and to represent from it in related meetings.
Ability to coordinate and communicate technical issues in English at professional level
Duties & Responsibilities:
Creation of Future Schedules for OTA basis the Trainers availability.
Plan the scheduling of events and delivery of services to achieve program goals
Collect data and/or conduct surveys on all areas of program activities for evaluation of program effectiveness.
Coordination with Trainers for their leaves and off time, without compromising on the program schedule agreed with them.
Respond to and resolve problems of program participants through academic counseling
Understanding the working dynamics of OTA.
Approval of training and program requests for the trainers from the commercial team.
Calling the Trainers prior to the programs schedule for them, arranging for back up if they are not available etc.
Maintain necessary records/files on program
Printing/ Circulation/Collation of feedback forms and data entry about programs conducted
Printing/Circulation/ Collation of Certificates, and maintaining participant’s approval for advertisement form.
Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
Maintenance of OTA program log and reporting the same on a monthly basis.
Act as a point of contact for COO whenever there be a need for office management.
And any other task as may be assigned by the line manager.
Reporting to the COO directly.
Job Location:Afghanistan, Kabul
Bachelor degree in Business administration /Education /Training
Proven work experience as an Academic Coordinator
2-3 years of professional Academic experience in a similar role
Well Organized; Organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent people management, coaching and mentoring skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meat deadlines
Ability to work Individually and in teams
