Natural Stone Company is the leading company within Afghanistan’s marble and granite sector focused on mining and processing of precious, semi-precious and construction decorative stone. Our both factories are equipped with the most advanced Italian machinery with the production of stone Slabs and Tiles. Quality will meets international standards for local, regional and international markets. The Natural Stone Company will have different quarries, which produce a wide range of material for processing in the Slab and Tile factories, these include Marble, Onyx, Granite and Travertine.
We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all Natural Stone’s Factories and Quarries operations. He will be responsible for day to day operation of Natural Stone Company.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to position the Natural Stone Company at the forefront of the Marble and Granite industry of Afghanistan.
Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth.
Planning, managing and controlling all factories and Quarries functional departments to ensure that production output and quality targets are achieved to the set requirements by the management.
Ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the organization are effectively and efficiently coordinated and implemented and conducted within the framework.
Ensuring all production within the factory is achieving the output targets in terms of Safety, quality and quantity.
Preparing weekly production reports on achieved/ look-ahead basis, which is to be coordinated with the factory and quarry management team.
Controlling all the departments/ production lines in the factory and quarry to ensure strict compliance to establish procedures on quality control
Overseeing the operation, programming and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Monitor records and update the production related documents.
Make sure to keep record of consumable material.
Produce operation budget and monthly production report.
Prepare and compare monthly report with planned production.
Any other task assigned by President
Job Location:Afghanistan, Kabul
Minimum Bachelor degree in Economic/Business Administration. MBA will be preferred.
At least 5-7 year relevant work experience.
Excellent verbal and written language skills (English and Dari)
High level of computer literacy.
