Karwan University's marketing manager will be responsible for leading and also working with the team to develop a strategy and also execute that strategy for development of Karwan University brand.
Provinces to travel:
Report Writing, Proposal Writing, Developing Graphics/Videos, Photography, Management of Staff, Public Relations Management(Media Relations), Social Media Management, and other Tools of Marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Karwan University is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and lead its marketing team (staff and some graduate students) in developing, implementing, and executing an overall marketing strategy for the activities of the group, including the Karwan University website, social media, public relations, events, and management team of the program.
Marketing Manager is also responsible for Public Relation of the university with, TVs, radio, and other platforms and also writing news articles about the university.
Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and development of infographics, and recordings of videos and also other marketing tools.
Marketing Manager will be responsible for Karwan University events management.
Marketing Manager will be in touch with the team for developing marketing strategy for each department.
Marketing Manager should send weekly, monthly report on each marketing activity.
Job Location:Afghanistan, Kabul
-Master's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
-At least 5 years of experience in professional marketing
-Great relation with national and local TV stations, radios and other media platforms.
-Experience supervising professional staff
-Thorough understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
-Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing
Experience with conceiving and implementing marketing strategies across platforms
-Strong written communication skills and ability to create and deliver effective materials, content, and/or presentations appropriate to a targeted audience.
Strong coaching and leadership skills to provide clear expectations, guidance and performance feedback to Marketing staff
-Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and tact when handling sensitive or potentially sensitive issues.
-Skills in project management and implementing rapid change
