This is an intern assignment and we are looking for innovative, smart and enquiring young Afghan candidates. The elected candidate would advocate Heasb’s cashless AFG vision and animates HesabPay & HesabmPos awareness & adoption among different merchant or retailer segments. The incumbent requires to demonstrate self confidence, strong can-do & get-it-well-done spirit.
The incumbent would join an initiative focused on prosperous, cash lite & digitized Afghanistan.
The intern will be reporting to Marketing associate. The position is for 3 months and maybe extended if the performance of intern was satisfactory.

Provide on-call support to merchant
Ensure best customer experience with Hesab Products
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop detailed understanding on Hesab Products, Digital Payments & Card Payment Process.
Develop detailed understanding of Hesab advantages over cash & it is impact on our societal & economic growth
Work with Merchant component lead to develop a weekly course of action & develop route plans for weekly merchant visits.
Visit Merchants explain Hesab products, digital payments and card payments & how they are possible with Hesab.
Take them through the Bank Note disadvantages, financial shocks resulting from notes, security threats and its unhealthiness.
Gather merchants feedback, understand their concerns, fears, understand their payment needs and gather their requirements.
Ensure every merchant understands HesabPay & HesabmPos advantages & Record Merchant Details
Consolidate the merchant feedback & formulate acquisition strategy in coordination with merchant component lead to merchant acquisition.
Manage merchant onboarding process, including creation, tracking of merchant account set up with merchant bank/mpaisa & enhancement to merchant performance.
Help merchant with local set up, demo live merchant account transactions & make sure merchant is fully on boarded on HesabPay or HesabmPos.
Work with the marcom team to brand merchant & ensure impressive Hesab look & feel at merchant outlet.
Manage immediate response to queries/complains necessitated by merchant or internal teams.
Track & Record Merchant performance and help merchant with the bank settlement process.
Provide on-call support for any issue outside of normal business hours as needed by merchants and or internal team
Respond to escalated merchant product phone calls and emails
Work with merchant bank to set up merchant account assist merchant with the
Ensure availability & visibility of brand/services across assigned territory.
Provides Weekly & Monthly progress report.
Inform merchant of the new changes/updates to the App
