Job Summary:

Under overall direct supervision of HR/Administration Officer the staffer will ensure the integrity of inventory and assets management. Further, as per the policy and procedures he/she will put in place mechanisms to manage consumable items and inventory: receiving, issuing, returning, disposal and inspections of NDI consumable items and fixed asset and performs relevant duties assigned from time to time by supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare PR for purchasing office supplies, household items, stationary and other consumable items;

Receiving the consumable items after being inspected by the Admin/Finance department, through proper documentation and ensure both quality and quantity;

Ensure all the items are received through proper documentation i.e. delivery report form, goods received note in coordination with procurement unit;

Maintain records and databases containing information regarding items type and description (Stock Ledger);

Perform periodically monitoring and physical check for the various consumable and fixed asset as required;

Maintain record of the assets accounting cycle i.e. receiving, distributing, movement and disposal;

Maintain proper spacing and storing of the consumables items with standard set of order;

Provide assistance in receiving and distributing stock equipment;

Responsible to distribute the expendables items upon the receipt of already filled and approved request form;

Keep a clean and safe environment for the stored items and perform Inventory control on regular basis;

Ensure accuracy of all inventories is placed all the time;

Weekly and monthly update report of inventory to his/her supervisor;

Report any discrepancy and illegal issues to his/her supervisor;

Assist HR/Administration Officer in conducting inventory physical count;

Providing administrative assistance to Admin/Finance team;

Providing assistance in preparing training packages;
