Job Summary:

Under direct supervision of AHG HR Services Director, the HR Manager will manage clients relations to sell the HR Services and ensure business revenue is generated. He/she will be also responsible to act as a backup to the HR team when and where needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop a list of clients to conduct frequent meetings to assure he/she sells HR Services to the clients
Draft customized policies and procedures, manuals, forms and formats to the clients as per their needs in consultation with HR Services Director
Sell HR software packages to the clients and ensure its adequately conveyed to them
Be able to present AHG HR Services to clients and provide a follow up trainings when and where needed
Take lead in providing accurate information on personnel to the payroll and other division as needed
Support HR team on digitization of HR functions internally and ensure its functionality is maintained as always
Support the HR team on HR operational activities in talent resourcing and planning, performance appraisals and succession planning
Support HR Services Director on new developments to be the best fit for clients in gaining their satisfaction
Support the departmental heads on continues development planning of their personnel
Support the division head on HR matters and act as a lead in absence of the Director
Provide guidance and support to the analysts and interns of the HR division when and where needed
Communicate effectively and efficiently in providing feedback to the AHG personnel and/or clients in consultation of the division head
Maintain quality service by following organizational standards
Carry out any other lawful tasks assigned by the supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field Masters is preferred
A professional certificate in HRM or business administration would be an advantage
Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in human resources or related field
Good working knowledge of computer and MS Office Package
