Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of Pashto /Dari is an asset;

Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

suggest recruitment in administration department as per requirement, train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space

Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency

Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

Manage schedules and deadlines given by various department for various task.

Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation for administration department.

Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)

Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

Manages all administrative support functions, including office organization and procedures, records and files, academic course scheduling, and meetings and events planning.

Facilitates and supports faculty activities.

Serves as liaison on behalf of the organization to all internal departments and external contacts; assists with all internal and external communications.

Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.

Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.

Consults with operating officials on program plans in relation to fiscal capacity.
