The primary goal of Business development and Marketing Manager Position is to identify new customers and prospects by arranging, participating, training/ development and planning for increasing sales level and finding more profitable markets. The business development and marketing manager will continually participate in internal and external business activities of the company and enhance its level of productivity. The position holder will make influential and persuasive planning, pitches and approaches to attract and convince new customers. Furthermore, he/she will continually provide support to existing and new customers to enhance and strengthen relationships. Business development and marketing manager will also work closely with senior level managers, other technical and marketing team by presenting new solutions and strategic planning.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Management of Account – Manage various individuals at clients side. Marketing, Finance, Commercials etc.
Do upsetting and cross-selling
Search and build profitable business relationships with new customers and enhance existing.
Working closely with external partners and vendors to full fill their requirements on timely manner, and response on time.
Client Relationship - Identifying needs and solving Clients requirements.
Report the daily activities to CEO, and provide a progress report on each product.
Manage projects and Product of Our Company for clients.
Arrange and Participate in external and internal client debriefs.
Lead the product marketing team, and manage the activities that has been performed on daily basis.
Generate Sales and Revenue growth Pipeline for Client’s.
Competitors Tracking. What competitors is doing etc.
Bring innovative approaches and ideas to increase the revenue from different products.
Act as a product team leader and facilitator within the company.
Working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Giving weekly Presentations to client on achievements and plan of action.
Need to prepare monthly roadmap for clients.
Market research, market analysis, product positioning, and monitor competitors’ moves, liaise with responsible entities for any product/marketing affairs.
Preparing of various reports as per clients requirements.
Making proposals, RFQ response, pricing solution services and Finance quotations etc.
Develop and implement product go-to-market plans, working with all departments to execute.
Manage products and services launched by YRMPT and create marketing campaigns to make sure the products usage is increasing regularly.
Prepare, edit and review contracts and agreements for the services company provides.
Accompany CEO in meetings, provide comments and perform required follow ups for the results.
Forecast sales target and monitor if the targets are met by team.
Present business and marketing related training and mentoring to internal staff members.
Understand company mission and vision and continually enhance the productivity.
Any other duty assigned by manager.
Job Location:Afghanistan, Kabul
Bachelor of Business Administration with 6-8 years of experience in Business development and Marketing, MBA degree will be preferred.
