Duties & Responsibilities:

Supporting Selab Jawad Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company regional staff to develop and implement the company’s sales and market expansion strategy to ensure year on year growth.

FIFO control of available stock in the warehouse of the distributor and guiding team accordingly

A proper visit from sub-provinces sub-distributors and their markets.

Ensuring that the sales team is following proper rout plan as per guidelines from the head.

Compile lists describing product or service/promotional tools competitors are offering.

Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and working with sales developers and to market products and services.

Coordinating and supervising the day-to-day sales efforts of the team.

Leading directing and motivating the sales team as per company policy and guidelines.

Gaining a thorough understanding of every customer’s needs in order to offer them the best solution.

Promptly handling customer complaints.

Monitoring and responding to changing service level requirements.

Achieve the targeted sales goal.

Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Manage multiple accounts at one time and with the ability to multi-task.

Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers.

Ensure promotions are in with the company’s standards.

Assist sales staff in achieving sales targets.

Collect daily reports from subordinates and submit to line manager.

Daily and monthly report to line manager.

Prepare weekly and monthly plans.

Any other task assigned by top management.

Qualifications:

Education: Preferable who has BBA Degree
Work Experience: At least 2 experience in Sales & Marketing Years
Qualification: -Preferable who has a BBA Degree.

-Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing.

-Candidate should be from relevant Province.

-Able to read write and verbally communicate clearly and concisely in Pashto Dari and English.

-Able to work both independently and in a team environment.

-Able to Operate Computer and Programs (MS Word Excel Outlook and Etc.)
