Top Level Construction Company (TLCC). is a Non-governmental company founded in 2008 and registered with Afghan Investment Support Agency (AISA). Our primary clients have included the US Army, the US Army Corps of Engineers, ISAF, PRT, UNOPS, Ministry of Public Works and International Contracts. We provide a wide range of construction services such design, construction and supply services including roads, buildings, bridges, general construction, force protection, and equipment supply. TLCC has proven itself with projects on an international scale and welcomes large and challenging projects throughout Afghanistan and the world. Operation & Maintenance Engineer will provide support and guidance to the projects particularly the operations department with the task to insure full compliance with rules and regulations.
Finance & Administration Officer will provide support and guidance to the projects particularly the operations department with the task related to accounting, banking, budgeting, procurement and financial management to insure full compliance with rules and regulations of financial process, financial records and reports and audit follow up, and implementation of the effective internal control framework by support of Head Office, Admin/Finance Department.
