Admin Assistant is responsible to assist senior admin officer in managing all admin and operational activities of TAPI Project Office in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency and project success and serve as key person for all documentation and administrative tasks of the office.
Mines Security and Protection Officer is responsible for planning, implementing and managing of the Mines protection and safety program of the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum.
Planning and Coordination Officer is responsible for planning and assisting in digitalization/archiving of all official documents of the deputy office.
Executive Officer is responsible for Drafting, developing, managing and reviewing all correspondences including briefings, reports,
submissions and notes to ensure the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timelines.
Sr. Admin and Finance Adviser is responsible for developing the necessary systems, processes and policies that would help ensure better accountability, transparency, information dissemination and timely reporting.
Technical Mining Expert is responsible to Provide technical support and advice to the Directorate General of Large Scale Mines (DGLSM) to enable the preparation of tendering documents (EoIs, PQQ and NDA). Provide facilitation in Preparation of geological data to bidders
Design in cooperation with Contractor staff and implement one network for the entire ministry, including MOMP, MOMP and other Donor operated IT equipment.
The Internal audit specialist will be part of the internal audit team of MoMP and will report to the director of Internal audit and take day-to-day responsibility for related activities of the Project Internal Audit Section.
