Under the supervision and instruction of the Electrical Substation Engineer, the electrical technician will be overall responsible for LV/MV and HV installation works. Further duties but not limited to are mentioned in the Duties & Responsibilities part.
The incumbent is responsible for managing and performing overall Quality Control functions/activities of the project on the site. He will also be responsible for direct oversight, review, and provision of proper documentation and physical inspections of different phases of construction. He will work in coordination with other site staff and external personnel to produce and document all quality control related reports and submittals for the projects.
The incumbent will be responsible for general and preventative maintenance activities in the construction site. Main duties include looking after office equipment, machinery, electricity/power system, wiring, plumbing, carpentry, or tiny repairing activities. The General Maintenance Officer should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled in power tools, standard maintenance schedules/SoP for machinery and generators; and should be able to read manuals.
