Job Summary:

OKS Group seek for a qualified honest Accountant who shall record the Purchases, Expenditure, Sales, Inventory stock, at least shall have 2yrs work experience in Accounts & QuickBooks with good knowledge of Afghanistan Taxation law for private company, Afghanistan.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions accurately & timely in QuickBooks.

Examine the purchases bills and record it into systems.

Prepare Payment voucher and update the Payable accounts.

Conduct monthly reconciliation with suppliers.

Update the filing systems and prepare supporting for misc. expenses.

Close monthly purchases and request respective supplier for the bills.

Maintain record of inventory (movement of stock items).

Prepare Tax report quarterly and Process it from MOF.

Follow up the account payable balance due date and avoid penalty for the late payment.

Keep record of daily exchange rate.

Ensure all payment proceeds according to the company policy & procedure.

Report and Preparing documents for internal audit.

Submission of payable report to management Weekly/monthly.

Perform any other duties assign by the senior management or line manager

Job Requirement:

Bachelor in Finance / ACCA in progress.
At least 2 Year Experience with International or Domestic Company.
Proficient in QuickBooks and MS. Office.
Advance Functions of excel.
Strong Command over English and National Languages.
Ability to handle multi-task & prioritize independently to meet the deadline.
Knowledge of Afghanistan Taxation Law for Private Business.
Knowledge of Vehicles Spare Parts will be an advantage.
Team oriented.
