Job Summary

The Accountant will be in charge of Monthly Accountancy Reports for the office manager with compromise of HQ Finance Coordinator of the organization and helping HQ Finance Coordinator at any Financial Tasks. He will work under the direct supervision of HQ Finance Coordinator.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare Cash Book reconciliations on a daily basis.
Prepare Cash Flow reports on a weekly basis.
Prepare data for Cash Funds Request report.
Conduct Bank Statement reconciliations.
Prepare certain financial reports on a regular and/or monthly basis.
Recording and updating of the office inventory.
Keeping proper financial records of procured items.
Review all expenditure documents, including receipts, vouchers and advances.

Job Requirements

• Having diploma in Economic faculty.
• Experience of work with NGOs and other companies.
• Experience of work as an accountant or Finance Officer for one year.
. Must can professional working with Quick book software and have at least six month experience working with Quick book.
• Knowledge of English speaking, reading and writing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access,excels and word.
