Job Summary:

The primary task of Accounting/Procurement Trainer is to develop training Manuals/Curriculum and provide valuable training to the trainees.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Accounting Section:

·        Teaching courses in the discipline area of accounting.

·        Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement.

·        Providing tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework.

·        Providing trainings of SPSS

  • Providing trainings of QuickBooks

·        Accounting Procedure Adopted In Government Ministries

·        To teach Budgeting and Budgetary Control in a Business Organization.

·        To teach Importance of Book Keeping And Other Financial Statements In An Organization

·        To teach Independence And Performance Of Internal Audit In Public Sector Organizations

·        To teach Investigate the Effect of Micro Finance Banks

·        To teach The Effect of Financial Reporting on the Management of a Business.

·        To teach Value Added Tax as Medium of Generating Funds.

·        Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Accounting typically reports to a department head.

·        Independently conduct group training and consulting services via the Internet or at the customer's location or at regional training centers.

·        Develop and refine group training courses and materials, and assist our Sales group with customer software demonstrations, customer support, and other special projects.

·        Assist sales representatives with high profile demonstrations.

·        Help define product enhancement / redesign opportunities.

·        This position will also be expected to perform team project work, assist our Support group during non-peak periods, and participate in special projects.

·        Preparing the weekly reports regarding the performed tasks

Procurement Section:

·        Teaching courses in the discipline area of procurement

·        Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement.

·        Teaching of the materials related to inventory

·        Conducts one on one/special training sessions as needed

·        Reviews and participates in preparation/update of Requestors/AP Training documentation

·        Assists with upgrades/patch testing and prepares/updates proper documentation

·        Identifies best practices to achieve full system functionality to meet Requestors need

·        Functions as one of the main super approvers for process flows

·        Approver for all Regional Practices Free Text requisitions

·        Works Item master maintenance, including submission of the item adds and changes

Job Location:

1.     Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related fields.

2.     3-5 years professional experience in related filed.

3.     Able to assess students’ level of knowledge and prepare teaching materials accordingly.

4.     Ability to explain properly and lead the students on his teaching topic.

5.     Able to work under stress and perform well under pressure.

6.     Excellent team player, punctual and creative.
