Duties & Responsibilities:
Have BBA/CAT or any other relevant Degree
â€¢ 3-4 years experience in field of Financial Accounting
â€¢ Knowledge and experience of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
â€¢ Computer literacy and knowledge of financial and accounting software applications specifically QuickBooks.
â€¢ Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
â€¢ English language competency.
â€¢ Competency in national languages.
Prepare monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
â€¢ Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general
Ledger accounts and document business transactions
â€¢ Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
â€¢ Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other
â€¢ Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
â€¢ Resolve accounting discrepancies
â€¢ Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
