About Rockland Group:
Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information. In addition maintaining all financial book keeping and monthly reporting of all financing activities to hare holders and senior management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Maintaining daily attendance records.
â€¢ Preparing all documentations (Dari and English).
â€¢ Book keeping of daily expense.
â€¢ Keep track of file keeping.
â€¢ Managing financial records.
â€¢ Managing the help desk officer.
EDUCATION: College degree in accounting, finance or similar field is (relevant experience and another university degree may substitute for the degrees mentioned).
WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 years experience in an equivalent position. Experience working in a similar position for an NGO or an international organization is preferred. Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment. In addition, must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and work irregular hours.
SKILLS: Working knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Able to communicate fluently effectively both verbally and in writing. Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy, willingness to listen and respect for colleagues. Must be capable of working both individually and as part of a team. Must also be able to create a supportive working relationship among all project teams.
