Job Summary:

SKY International Insurance seeks a Finance and Administration Manager to provide financial and administrative management and support services.

The Manager will provide financial and administrative management, overseeing financial, contractual, procurement and logistics aspects for the project. S/he will ensure that the financial reports are compatible with standard accounting practices and follow SKY Groups rules and regulations.

Skills Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø Preparing and Managing Employee payrolls for Sky group

Ø Controlling and reporting the attendance pattern of Employees

Ø Keeping record of employees’ leave pending and used.

Ø Ensuring implementation of HR policy

Ø Maintaining proper record of national and international employees, including employee file management, and terminations ensuring all practice adhere to Sky HR manual.

Ø Preparing and coordinating all Recruiting process for all Sky group offices

Ø Orientation and in depth briefing of newly hired employees on their assignments and contractual terms.

Ø Development, evaluating and adjusting proper recruitment for Sky

Ø Preparing contracts, offer letters, Managing written tests, Interviews (Overall Recruitment process, orientation and socialization)

Ø Maintaining personal files of employees

Ø Maintaining the professional working environment of Sky Travel & Tours

Ø Reducing employee turnover by managing key employees of Sky Travel & Tours

Ø Resolving conflicts, dealing with employees’ problems

Ø Managing the performance appraisal process of overall employees at the end of the year

Ø Managing the staff loan and staff advance salary in coordination with Finance department

Taxation duties:

Ø Preparing and compiling salary tax of all Sky group offices

Ø Preparing rent taxes

Ø Preparing quarterly income tax report for 4%

Preparing and reporting 2% contract taxes, if any

Ø Processing all taxation procedure from start till end in coordination with finance departments

Ø Completion of documents for end of the year balance sheet for 4 licenses (Sky, Bakhtar and Jet)

Admin Duties:

Ø Preparation of office supplies and stationary and computer equipment in coordination with Mushtaq for daily operations

Inventory preparation and maintenance

Ø To support procurement process of items required for the implementation of the activities including maintaining purchasing documentation, participate in purchasing committees, collecting quotations, checking the quality of the equipment and materials etc.

Ø Maintenance of weekly petty cash and its clearance by the end of the week

Purchasing of office equipment when required

Ø To ensure that all utility bills (electricity, water, telephones and etc.) are paid on time

Ø Building maintenance (coordination with plumber, carpenter, electrician, suppliers etc.…)

Ø To look after providing, distributing and keeping proper balance and update of office stationary

Ø Repair and maintenance of vehicles in coordination with Mushtaq and designated driver

Ø Maintenance of admin ‘forms’ for daily operations of departments

Ø Supervise the support staff for their daily routine duties and guide them when necessary

Qualifications:

·        BBA in Finance, or a related field MBA will be preferred

·        Having 3 years’ experience in same field
