The company looking and would like to appoint a qualified and analytical admin and financial officer to organize and maintain all admin and financial transaction and documents of company
Duties & Responsibilities:
· The using of online database, generate invoices, entry of purchase and sell products into system, organize available stocks in the system.
· Organizing daily, monthly and yearly transaction and expenses of the company.
· Organize cash sell and follow up customer’s payments timely.
· Preparation of monthly report, quarterly balance sheet and taxpaying documents.
· Ability to type in English, and either Dari or Pashto
· High command of computers skills & Excellent Typing Skill (Maximum 35 WPM) (absolute essential are: MS Word, Excel, CorelDraw, photoshoot, outlook, Adobe Acrobat and deal with web-based sites).
· Expertise in Facebook sponsoring pages, Instagram and Telegram
