Future Leaders Consultancy (FLC) - Afghanistan Resource Center for English, TOEFL & Scholarships is an educational and capacity building center which provides quality education for young Afghans through a range of training and support programs. Job Summary:

Admin and HR officer is responsible for managing administration and human resources related works and assist for better daily operation performance of the consultancy with coordination of other support staff and units.

Skills Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative operations of the office and assist all units in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations;

• Organize, assign and supervise the work of administrative support staff;

• Ensure that administrative office procedures and established standards are adhered to and maintained in all aspects of work

• Supervise the work of cleaners to ensure that the office is kept clean and pleasant at all times;

• Protect the interests of employees and the organization in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.

• Maintain human resource and administrative database and records 

• Process HR enquiries, such as leave, appraisal , recruitment and other according to the policy

• Assist in payroll process by providing relevant employee information to finance

• Arrange for any maintenance work that needs to be carried out in the office;

• Ensure efficient and satisfying services to the clients in coordination with support staff

Job Location:

• Bachelor Degree in business administration or other related field 

• At least three years of experience as HR and Admin officer or assistant  

• Have good knowledge of HR processes and administration works

• Literate with programmes such as word, excel, etc.  

• Good leadership and management skills 

• Good interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written 

• Organizational skills and ability to set and implement policies
