The DK - German Medical Center Ltd. is looking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in its Kabul facility. The position requires excellent English writing and speaking skills, friendly and outgoing behaviour.
Applicants should have experience in MS Office applications, particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
We are looking for someone who has used Excel for calculations (that's what Excel is actually for) and have a bit of experience in writing business correspondence in English. Furthermore, experience in Outlook or comparable email programs is an asset.
Applicants with previous experience in customer service and dealing with international clients are preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reception of patients
- Registration of patients
- Providing information to patients in English and Pashto, Dari
- Excellent coordination with staff members
- Correspondence with corporate clients and insurance companies
- Email correspondence in English
- Other tasks as assigned by the management
- Good, practical English language knowledge
- Computer literacy in MS Excel, Ms Office and Outlook.
