To assist Sr. Team Leader in his routine task.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ To assist Admin Coordinator in processing the payments
â€¢ Ensure the accuracy of payments which pass through Administration Department to Finance Department. (To review the invoices and claims from deferent sources and makes sure that all the invoices and documents are supported with proper documents.)
â€¢ Prepare internal memos for all claims and invoices and record all the payments in the data base after payment. The Admin Assistant is also required to file all the documents in files and label them properly.
â€¢ Keep track of regular payments such as monthly rents and payments to regular contractors and suppliers.
â€¢ Preparing monthly report of payments and submitting it to Admin Coordinator for further process and consideration
â€¢ Priorities between different tasks while in shortage of time
â€¢ Capable of working in a team
â€¢ Any other tasks assigned by his/her superiors.
Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA)
Minimum 1 Year Experience in admin and Finance field
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
â€¢ Knowledge of accountancy
â€¢ Good writing skill of official letters
â€¢ Work experience in Admin/Finance is preferable.
â€¢ Language requirements: English, Dari and Pashto
â€¢ Computer knowledge requirements is Must
â€¢ Abilities and personal traits the candidate must possess to better do this job such as ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, tact, negotiation skills, organizational skills etc.
