Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Prepare duty roster for the chowkidars, cooks and guards; day to day supervision of property management including guards, cook and cleaners and office maintenance.
â€¢ Ensure the office and compound are clean and maintained at a routine schedule.
â€¢ Maintain and monitor attendance book; alert supervisors to poor attendance records of relevant staff.
â€¢ Translation of any program or office documentation, as required.
â€¢ Responsible for maintaining contact sheetâ€“ ensuring all contact details are updated and distributed to staff.
â€¢ Responsible for maintaining supply of all admin documents and making them available for all staff.
â€¢ Responsible for maintaining all administrative notice boards â€“ keeping them updated, clean and neat in appearance.
â€¢ Proven leadership skills
â€¢ Ability to work independently and with minimum supervisions while being able to receive guidance from senior management such as program manager.
â€¢ Minimum 3 to 5 years management experience
â€¢ Expert level communication skills both verbal and written.
â€¢ Ability to work on under pressure
â€¢ Ability to multi-task.
â€¢ Ability to provide guidance and improve staff quality of work.
â€¢ Excellent ability to use computers, the Internet, and other office software and hardware
