Job Summary:

Degree in a relevant business field is desired. equivalent. Attentiveness to detail. Good recording capabilities. 2-3 years of experience in large scale Administration and operation and Administration; Strong organizational skills; ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel. Excellent oral and written English skills. High computer skills on MS Office programs. A demonstrated ability to multi-task. A clear understanding of procurement, logistic and financial policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare duty roster for the chowkidars, cooks and guards; day to day supervision of property management including guards, cook and cleaners and office maintenance.
• Ensure the office and compound are clean and maintained at a routine schedule.
• Maintain and monitor attendance book; alert supervisors to poor attendance records of relevant staff.
• Translation of any program or office documentation, as required.
• Responsible for maintaining contact sheet– ensuring all contact details are updated and distributed to staff.
• Responsible for maintaining supply of all admin documents and making them available for all staff.
• Responsible for maintaining all administrative notice boards – keeping them updated, clean and neat in appearance.

Job Requirement:

• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervisions while being able to receive guidance from senior management such as program manager.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years management experience
• Expert level communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on under pressure
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to provide guidance and improve staff quality of work.
• Excellent ability to use computers, the Internet, and other office software and hardware
• Excellent reporting capabilities in both local and English languages.
