Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will support all project activities including word processing, meeting coordination and scheduling, travel arrangements and other support services required.

Duties & Responsibilities

ï‚§ Prepare documents, photocopies, catalogs, and electronic data;
ï‚§ Maintain Database system;
ï‚§ Navigate internet for data and track information;
ï‚§ Maintain records and files;
ï‚§ Create correspondence as needed;
ï‚§ Coordinate appointments and travel schedules;
ï‚§ Maintain office equipment;
ï‚§ Provide inventory support;
ï‚§ Review material for accuracy and quality, propose format or presentation enhancements;
ï‚§ Perform various assigned duties to balance workload
ï‚§ Plan, organize and independently carry out workload priorities to ensure smooth and timely coordination and production;
ï‚§ Apply organizational terms, procedures, systems, and policies.

Job Requirements

ï‚§ High School diploma, Vocational training or equivalent with 1-3 years relevant experience;
ï‚§ Proficiency in 3 or more computer applications, including word processing and data base management;
ï‚§ Strong organizational and analytical skills;
ï‚§ Excellent written and oral communications skills;
ï‚§ Excellent communication in English required.
