Under the direct supervision of the General Manager and cooperative with management team , the incumbent of the position will be responsible for offering Administration, Clerical and Secretarial services to the organization.

â€¢ Working with staff to develop detailed work plans and monitoring and reporting on progress on work plan implementation to the management
â€¢ Knowledge to registering the new businesses, licensing under the related ministry and other needed agencies
â€¢ Familiar with vehicles registration and Driving licensing
â€¢ Set up, classify and maintain admin document files
â€¢ Act as focal point in regards to interpretation of rules, regulations and procedures in admin
â€¢ Assist with the development of country HR and procedures.
â€¢ Work closely with management to ensure the consistent application of employment conditions, company policy, and procedures.
â€¢ Advise and assist international and national staff, experts, and consultants on all aspects of administrative matters, travel claims, payment procedures, benefits, matters related to visas, security, accommodation, etc.
â€¢ Identify and report on any conflict of interest issues.
â€¢ Knowledge of writing / Speaking in Dari, Pashto and English
Knowledge and Skills
â€¢ Minimum 5 years of progressive experience of working with different Ministries or other government organizations
â€¢ Minimum 5years in managerial role in administration and Human Resource;
â€¢ Understanding of the Government law of Afghanistan
â€¢ Lobbying with ministries and government organizations at departments
â€¢ Have senior key contact with the Ministries and government organisations
â€¢ Preparing the various visa and work permit applications procedure for employees aliens
â€¢ Dealing with different ministries and government agencies
â€¢ Ensure compliance within country of employment Labour Laws.
â€¢ Proficient in MS office
â€¢ Detail-oriented; able to work independently; adaptable
â€¢ Degree holder in Law or Bachelorâ€™s degree and 5 years directly related experience required. Masterâ€™s degree preferred
â€¢ Ability to work effectively in a team and being collaborative and cooperative with others;
