Job Summary:

This candidate will be responsible to manage all the finance system, cash, procurement and Admin tasks of this project.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to deal and manage the day to day financial operations;
• Responsible to closely work with MoF SDU and budget department;
• Responsible to manage cash and bank account of the project;
• Responsible to prepare budget and control budget variances;
• Responsible to take part in the process of procurement;
• Responsible to manage stock and inventory;
• Responsible to collect procurement requests and manage the procurement;
• Responsible to manage petty cash for daily expenses;
• Responsible to request MoF for cash and prepare invoices;
• Responsible for any other task assigned by the line manager;
• Responsible of preparing all budget report to MoEW and MOF;
• Responsible of making financial request and processing of the budget
• Responsible for managing and allocating the budget according to the requirement;
• Managing all administrative activities of the project;
• Responsible to collect monthly report of ICT staff;

Job Requirement:

• At least 12 grade graduated + DBA;
• At least 2-3 years of professional working experience in the field in governmental or non-governmental organizations;
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skill;
• Fluent in written /spoken Dari, Pashtu and English;
