- Excellent financial management skills in all 34 provinces.
- The candidate must have the ability to work in a team environment, manage the Finances of ORCA.
- Knowledge of Ms. Office Programs
- Knowledge of Admin. and Procurement procedures and management
- The ability to learn new reporting guidelines (i.e. project financial reports, quarter/annual reports, â€¦) and required tools during the ongoing work period.
- Clearing tax and/or other issues with the Ministry of Finance
- Flexibility in working extra hours to meet the deadline.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage ORCA's Administration and Finance Departments.
- Holding a bachelorâ€™s degree in Accounting or other equivalent field.
- Having a good knowledge of Afghanistanâ€™s 34 provinces is a plus.
- Have experience and ability to interact professionally with staff
