It is registered with AISA and the respected Ministry of Trade and commerce under the license number D-80532 of Islamic republic of Afghanistan. Gulzai International produces variety of disposable papers in Afghanistan. It is located in the Industrial state, Sarak Naw (Dispatchery) Kabul Afghanistan. Job Summary:

Supervision of accounting and finance activities

AR Collection, AR Limit Control and monthly, trimonthly reports.

Tax filing and payments on timely basis

Supervision of QB daily and timely entries and solving queries

making sure production running smoothly on time and reporting daily target achievements.

Working closely with procurement team member, keeping eye over material shortage control

Coordinate with Sales supervisor for related issues including team punctuality, discipline, dispatch and loading control.

Inventory management and control

Managing and solving operational issues including employees, staff and labors concerns.

Update office policies as per need and requirements, working the same view with CEO

Representing Gulzai International in a positive and professional manner to all stake holder i.e. vendors, employees and legal department which promotes the vision, mission and strategic priorities of the organization.

Working with Sales, production and procurement to Making possible targets achievement

Ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity is upheld at all times.

Being flexible, adaptable and available to take quick action on any tasks or duties as requested by the Management.

Ideally a degree in Management

3 Years Experience

A commercially aware self-starter who is able to work with minimum management to achieve targets.

Skilled and experienced in Contract negotiation and completion

Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.

Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English languages

 Flexibility in working hours

 Ability to work under pressure
