Job Summary:


Duties & Responsibilities:

•Management of project staff personnel records.
•Prepare and maintain time sheets of all staff on monthly basis.
•Management of project filing system
•Draft the minutes of meetings as required.
•Keep, maintain and update staff contact list.
•Procure logistic and medical supplies and drugs as requested.
•Check vouchers and receipts before payments.
•Maintain bank book and prepare cash flow.
Fill bank receipts and bank payment vouchers

Job Requirement:

•BBA or equivalent to it.
•At least five year working experience in Administration and Finance with NGOs.
•Fluency in Pushtu, Dari and English.
•Good skills of communication and team building/working.
