Perform Both administrative and financial tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Manage the day-to-day administration of WWJBCC Office operations.
â€¢ Responsible for the financial procedures, including requesting for the purchase, getting the quotations, preparing the quotation analyses, the purchase and the documentation of all the relevant files and forms.
â€¢ Making and posting of all kinds of vouchers in the daily cash book.
â€¢ Responsible for financial reporting to the office.
â€¢ Responsible of managing the logistics for office including preparing monthly vehicle plans and estimating the requirement of equipment and furniture.
â€¢ Responsible for making traveling arrangements, vehicle arrangements and coordinating with other program staff for organizing various programs; training, workshops, festivals, exhibitions, etc.
â€¢ Responsible for arranging and managing all the supplies for the office.
â€¢ Actively involved in hiring, promotion, demotion and firing process of employees.
â€¢ Any other identical task assigned by the management of the company from time to time.
â€¢ Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or other related field. Masters Degree is highly preferred.
â€¢ At least 2 years related work experience preferred.
â€¢ Excellent communication skills in English, Pashto and Dari.
â€¢ Computer skills including use of MS Excel; Access; PowerPoint; Spreadsheet, Quickbook
