Job Summary:

To be responsible, under the direct management of the Focal point or Provincial Project Manager, to execute field activities for the implementation of the impregnated bed-net project in the Province.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial responsibilities
• To maintain the financial administration of the province office.
• To monitor and prepare monthly accounts and Financial Report as required by Donor, internal management and Government agencies.
• To maintain and control Budget and Fund.
• Maintain all accounting transactions, cash book and bank book
• Ensure Ledger posting of all entries and maintain all ledgers
• Assist the Provincial Manager maintaining project and finance controlling tool.
• Report to the Provincial Manager on financial situation.
• To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Admin Responsibilities:
• Take care of office maintenance, repairing, cleaning and staff accommodation.
• Supervise office cleaners, cooks, Guards, Gardner.
• Maintain administration department filing system and incoming/outgoing correspondence record keeping.
• Provide facilities for visitors and receiving them.
• Process bills of food expenses of the provincial office and guesthouse. Cross check bills and make sure they are correct.
• Provide accommodation accessories/facilities for all staff.
• To ensure a clean, safe and secure working and living environment and take all necessary measures to minimize risks to health and safety for office.
• To ensure sufficient stationary stock is available.

Job Requirement:

• Afghan National
• To be graduated from a high school,
• To be fluent, in reading, writing, and speaking of the local languages, fair English is preferable.
• To have some knowledge of basic computer programs (Ms Word, Ms Excel)
• To be flexible, having positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
