Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA) began as an agency that provided licenses to companies wishing to invest in Afghanistan. AISA has now evolved into a pro-active institution on promoting and attracting investment to Afghanistan. AISA, having its main office in Kabul and regional offices in Herat, Kandahar, Mazar-i-sharif, Nangharhar, Khost, Kunduz, Paktia, Faryab and Helmand province, delivers a wide range of services to investors all over the country.
With the direction provided by the Regional Director, the admin and finance officer looks after all the administrative needs besides performing and undertaking all the financial operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the Finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
â€¢ Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances are paid.
â€¢ Administer the payroll in order to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner
â€¢ Establish, maintain and reconcile the financial transactions.
â€¢ Making and preparing financial vouchers
â€¢ Prepare and reconcile bank statements
â€¢ Processes supplier invoices and other procurement vouchers.
â€¢ Preparing income statements and balance sheets
â€¢ Prepare quarterly reports and report on variances
â€¢ Maintain financial files and records
â€¢ Prepare journal summaries
â€¢ Take periodic inventories to monitor the inventory against theft, reconcile general ledger inventory registration.
â€¢ Reconcile weekly deposits
â€¢ Maintaining of vehicles log books against fuel and oil spending.
â€¢ Maintain the records of any loss due to foreign exchange rates
â€¢ preparation of financial reports
â€¢ Office administration (maintenance, procurement, transportation arrangement.)
â€¢ Assist with the interim and annual audit
â€¢ Maintain the computerized accounting system
â€¢ Maintain the leave management system and verify annual leave record.
â€¢ Maintain confidential employee files
Qualification and Experience:
â€¢ University degree, from a recognized University in Economics, Business Management with a minimum of five years of experience in the relevant filed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
â€¢ Excellent language skills both oral and written (English, Pashto, Dari)
â€¢ Excellent computer knowledge
â€¢ Excellent Typing skills in above mentioned language
â€¢ He /She will be instructed and assigned for day to day activities by Director
â€¢ Excellent communication skills
â€¢ Must be a person of proven honesty and integrity with no criminal record, result oriented and proactive.
