Job Summary

Job Summary: HR Tasks:
1.HR policies implementation
2.Manage recruitment process (vacancy/interviews/selection)
3.Prepare contract as per WSC procedures and collect required documents from applicants
4.Check and certify MTS to all staff who works for the company
5.Report staff problem to Admin Manager immediately and proceed under his direction.
6.Prepare Monthly Payrolls based on MTS for staff in close liaison with Logistics and Finance
7.Check and maintain staff personal records regularly
8.Update staff databases
9.Maintain staff Leave Annual Record
10.Draft staff contract or prepare contract amendment as requested by Management
11.Alert management when staff contracts are about to be expired
12.Ensure documentation process for termination of staff contract or at the end of contract (resignation/exist form, letter of termination..)
Admin tasks:
1.Write Letters in Dari/English as per administration instruction
2.Maintain Correspondence filling and registration
3.Maintain legal documents follow up
4.Follow up of WSC correspondence
IT Tasks:
5.Maintain Server
6.Troubleshoot computers in absence of IT Officer
7.Install e-mail accounts/troubleshoot
8.Troubleshoot user’s PCs when facing problem with Internet/e-mail/sharing info/access to server
9.Installation of new required software

Duties & Responsibilities

1.Diploma in Business Administration/Bachelors preferred
2.Fluency in English language
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office use
4.Certification of IT Course (ability to back up in IT officer absence)
5.At least 3 years of working experiences as Admin/HR Officer with IT responsibilities
6.Skilled in English and Dari typing
7.Experience working with international organizations
8.Able to work independently
9.Knowledge of Afghan Labor Law and HR Policies
10.Motivation to learn
