About Equity Capital Mining LLC:
Equity Capital Mining (ECM) LLC. is a precious gems and marble extraction company headquartered in Dubai, UAE and with offices in Afghanistan and United States of America. The owners of the company are two gemmologists named Mr. Adam Doost and Mr. Nasim Doost who have 35 years experience in the field of mining and extraction. ECM was incorporated in Afghanistan as a limited partnership company in January 2006 and started its commercial operations in February 2007. The Company acquired 10 years renewable exclusive mining right from the Government of Afghanistan to mine the White Dove marble quarry located in the town of Chesth-i-Sharif (Heart province).
To assist the administrative Manager in performing the support services of the ECM business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Management of stationeries and pantry items (includes order, disbursement and raise PO for payment). Responsible for up keeping and maintenance work for building facilities such as air-con and office equipments such as copier machine.
-In charge of office and staff security, support staff, office supplies and cleanliness.
-Verify payment for admin related services â€“ photocopying, power supply, office consumables etc.
-Providing monthly budget for admin related expenses
-Giving proposal on cost cutting in admin area
-Provide admin support to HR dept
-Assist front desk with all aspects of phone handling, attending to visitors, mail distribution, arranging for dispatch/courier, parking lot management etc.
-Any other duties as assigned
-Fellow ship or Bachelors in relevant field.
-Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
