Job Summary:

• Providing of administrative and operation support to the program
 Meeting the administrative requirements of the office independently with minimum input and supervision.
 Supervision of the auxiliary and administrative staff in Badakhshan office
 Making sure that administrative requirements are met

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Manages daily office operations
 Organises and coordinates work mechanisms and the work of supporting staff
 Facilitates information exchange between the project/program members, work partners and other institutions and report to Head of Operation.
 Accompanies the project/program leader and/or other members of the team to meetings whenever necessary
 Prepares and organises internal team meetings if there is no advisor or deputy directors.
 Is responsible for all administrative, procurement and logistic arrangements of project activities (meetings, workshops etc.)
 Co-ordinates with Head of Operation for general administrative and operation support (e.g. processes requests and inquiries for general services and dealing with all local subsidy contracts.)
 Monitors availability of supplies / inventory and performs procurement-related activities up to the specified guideline amount with close cooperation with Operation dept.
 Is responsible for the filing system management as per GTZ Standard
 Manages a confidential filing system, particularly in the field of personnel.

C. Other Duties/Additional Tasks
 Undertakes further job training related to his/her position and duties, if required. Special training programs shall be identified and selected jointly with the GTZ Team Leader.
 Assists in and/or carry out other project activities and other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement:

Degree in Business Administration (at least BA or similar)
Good working knowledge of modern telecommunication systems (telephone, fax,
e-mail, internet)
Language skills
At least 3 years of professional working experience in a similar position
Broad management and administrative experience
