Job Summary:

The Admin Office for Linking Relief to Rehabilitation and Development (LRRD) Project is in charge of the administration at LRRD project and provides support to project staff as and whenever required. He/she is also responsible to support in overall works at the PSU level.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Maintain and update project staff full information regularly
•Maintain and adequate filing system including office administrative files and correspondence record keeping systems
•Maintain the record and follow in a timely manner
•Keep constant and regular contact with management team and implementing partner for updating administrative and information system of the projects
•Arrange the circulation of needed correspondence to project staff
•Arrange meetings, including identifying the meeting place
•Ensure the project office has all required stationary for its operations
•Be present in project related meeting
•Support project staff in logistic for field trips
•Assist finance staff in booking and accounting
•Assist logistic officer in procurements
•Support and coordinate the general issues between the project and implementing partner
•Support the human resource department in (recruitments, staff update list, staff contracts) and other related works
•Receive any internal or external visitors/guests in an appropriate manner
•Control staff attendance sheet and preparing its reports on time
•Provide support to the administrative staff at the Provincial Support Unit
•Perform any other related tasks assign by the line manager

Job Requirement:

•High School or any higher degree
•At least 3 years experience in administration
•Understanding of financial management
•Knowledge of Ms. Office Programs
•Excellent written and verbal communication and relational skills, , especially in a cross – cultural environment
•Good report writing skills
•Problem solving skills
•Good interpersonal skill
•Gender sensitive
•Willingness to travel frequently as pe
