â€¢ In charge of all administrative matters, including developing and administering a complete administrative and Finance system for the office.
â€¢ Will be responsible with liaising with the Afghan government on resolving all company matters. These include liaising with Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Social Affairs, and others as needed.
â€¢ Responsible in the Human Resources processes. These include announcing job vacancies, hiring and interviewing incumbents, administering employee contracts, paying employee salaries, developing company HR policies and other related tasks.
â€¢ Assist in the coordination of company trainings. Coordinating with trainers, facility, participants, food and beverages, transportation, printing of student and teacher manuals, supplies, attendance sheets, and other related tasks. Act as trainerâ€™s facilitator from time to time.
â€¢ Work closely with vendors and suppliers when outsourcing services. Activities including finding competent suppliers, obtaining quotations, and obtaining best prices for required items. Record price lists and update lists on a regular basis.
â€¢ Translate materials in Dari and Pashto into English and vice versa.
â€¢ Handle small and medium projects in administering and monitoring for quality and delivery.
â€¢ Prepare or edit organizational publications for internal and external audiences, including employee newsletter and stockholdersÂ´ reports.
â€¢ Answering enquiries from individuals, clients, and other organisations.
â€¢ Provide assistance and support to the CEO in all related matters.
â€¢ Develop a thorough Financial system for the company and produce weekly and monthly financial reports
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Masters Degree from a recognized institution in business, economics or similar filed.
â€¢ Hand on experience in Finance and Administration for at least three years, preferably in the private sector.
â€¢ Knowledge of business and management principles involved in the day to day operations of an organization
â€¢ Experience in coordinating trainings and events
â€¢ Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
â€¢ The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking, in writing
â€¢ Must have the ability to come up with creative solutions about any given problem
â€¢ Strong understanding of Human Resources processes
â€¢ Must be honest, tactical, and reliable to complete assigned tasks on time
â€¢ The ability using computers and computer systems to set up functions, enter data, or process information.
â€¢ The ability to schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others
â€¢ The ability to keep up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
â€¢ The ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work assigned
â€¢ Familiarity with modern IT systems and process
â€¢ Familiarity with core finance and administrative activities.

â€¢ Computer literacy (MS-office, MS-word, MS-excel, Power-point).
University Degree in Finance of Economics is preferred. Ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of professional experience in finance and administration. Fluency in English, Pashto, and Dari is necessary.
