Azizi Bank is looking for an Administration Manager / Head of GAD at its Head office in Kabul for entire administration function including maintenance of all assets of the bank like building, fixtures and furniture, lift/ AC System/electric /Generator system/printing etc. He has a supportive staff of 5 Admin staff to manage the affairs of the Administration under his guidance and supervision.
â€¢ The Administration Manager / Head of GAD will be In-charge of the Administration Department i.e. General Administration Deptt Centre and responsible to prepare/review formats/ policies/procedures and collect / coordinate information from all business units like Branches / HO Deptts, contractors and support units on all administrative/logistic/ supply/ maintenance matters.
â€¢ Establish and maintain working relationship with all staff
â€¢ Coordinate the administration office functions for support to the Bankâ€™s staff.
Coordinate customer interactions
â€¢ Taking purchase decision for furniture/fixtures/stationeries, printers, cartridges / cleaning material / canteen grocery/crockery/vehicles fuel etc.
â€¢ Candidate will be responsible for all admin activities like Housekeeping and Cafeteria management, vendor management, safety and security management, Budgeting and Cost control, liaison with Govt. /other bodies, Infra setup and maintenance etc.
â€¢ Responsible for employee services, facility management, general services, transport.
â€¢ AMCs Housekeeping and Transportation, Facilities for Office/Branches Establishments.
â€¢ Review the existing rates for renegotiations.
â€¢ Travel Management (Reservations/ Hotel Bookings/Currency/Visa related work)
â€¢ Preparing POs, various reports, presentations as when needed
â€¢ Vendor Payments, Rental Agreements, Guest house.
â€¢ Liaison with Government Authorities (Electricity/Municipality, Statutory bodies)
â€¢ Managing all fixed, Movable / Immovable assets of the company
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ 4 to 8 years of working experience into Administration, Facility Management, General Services;
â€¢ Incumbent should have experience in Liaison with various Govt. and non-Govt. departments like telephone, Electricity, Water, Banks and Local Purchase dealers etc.
â€¢ Incumbent should have knowledge of overall discipline Housekeeping, Building maintenance, Computer Ms-office, Internet.
â€¢ Should have sound communication skills.
â€¢ Should be good at negotiations and dealing with vendors
â€¢ Incumbent should have be self starter willingness to take responsibility for getting things done, Should be able to learn quick and perform above mentioned roles without much supervision
â€¢ Based on qualification and experience + free food in lunch + free transportation
â€¢ The ideal candidate should have education in administrative field/Bachelor / Master Degree with professional qualification in Administration/Finance related field. Basic working knowledge of computer and can work on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Internet/E-mails etc.
â€¢ The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience within administrative department of mid to big size company.
English/Dari/Pashto or Preference with both national languages with English
