About Afghanistan Reconstruction and Development Services (ARDS):
the aim of hiring the mentioned position is to advice the authotrities in line Ministry and upgrade the level of experties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ The Administration support advisor will coordinate and assist in the technical of the central staff in
â€¢ The departments of administration procurement, and staff movement HE/SHE will assist and advise
â€¢ On the administration and coordination of both government and donor sponsored program of MOB TA.
â€¢ Advise the administration, departmentâ€™s heasd on best admin practices.
â€¢ Liaise and coordinate the efforts of \MOBTA WITH external ministries, governmental agencies and donor agencies.
â€¢ Assess the capacity of the administrative department, procure needed infrastructure and implement a training program to enhance the effectiveness of department.
â€¢ Develop management procedures and guidelines for the effective management of administrative
â€¢ Assist the procurement process from request to tender acquisition for donor and government funded projects.
â€¢ Coordinate the procurement activities with finance and budget section of donors/ implementing partners for processing of budget allocation and payments.
â€¢ Supervise the collection and compilation of procurement reports.
â€¢ Develop procurement system, process and procedure based on existing laws and international best products and standards.
â€¢ Develop procedure and system for the efficient management of capital MOBTAâ€™S transportation section.
â€¢ At least bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, project Management, public administration or related subject.
â€¢ Demonstrated history of management and in a staff management environment.
â€¢ Able to produce reports and other standards documents ( in English / Pashto/ Dari) up to a professional standards.
â€¢ Fluency in Dari and Pashto required.
â€¢ Excellent analytical interpersonal and communication skills.
â€¢ Understanding of the English language at a working level.
