Job Summary:

the aim of hiring the mentioned position is to advice the authotrities in line Ministry and upgrade the level of experties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Administration support advisor will coordinate and assist in the technical of the central staff in
• The departments of administration procurement, and staff movement HE/SHE will assist and advise
• On the administration and coordination of both government and donor sponsored program of MOB TA.
• Advise the administration, department’s heasd on best admin practices.
• Liaise and coordinate the efforts of \MOBTA WITH external ministries, governmental agencies and donor agencies.
• Assess the capacity of the administrative department, procure needed infrastructure and implement a training program to enhance the effectiveness of department.
• Develop management procedures and guidelines for the effective management of administrative
• Activities.
• Assist the procurement process from request to tender acquisition for donor and government funded projects.
• Coordinate the procurement activities with finance and budget section of donors/ implementing partners for processing of budget allocation and payments.
• Supervise the collection and compilation of procurement reports.
• Develop procurement system, process and procedure based on existing laws and international best products and standards.
• Develop procedure and system for the efficient management of capital MOBTA’S transportation section.

Job Requirement:

• At least bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, project Management, public administration or related subject.
• Demonstrated history of management and in a staff management environment.
• Able to produce reports and other standards documents ( in English / Pashto/ Dari) up to a professional standards.
• Fluency in Dari and Pashto required.
• Excellent analytical interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of the English language at a working level.
