Job Summary:

This is an Administrative Position.
Working inside the kabul in admin sector

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collecting staff flight tickets from relevant agencies on timely manner
• Arrange vehicles for staff movement to all programmed locations.
• Carry out daily and nightly phone/radio checks with all staff.
• Organize and maintain in a file the monthly for all staff and leave schedule for them.
• Report and follow up on any security issues brought forward by the guards to the PC or a member of the Security Focal Group.
• Ensure the visitors register book is being maintained in all Concern premises.
• Switching the generator off/on according to the scheduled times.
• Ensure generator logbook(s) are being maintained in the office and houses by the respective guards.
• Maintain the fuel logbook for the office, and ensure fuel logs are maintained in the houses;

• Ensure all items in the Store are recorded on the Stock Card(s).
• Report any shortages or discrepancies in the records immediately to your line manager.
• Take overall responsibility for preparing and updating the inventory list in Kabul, and submit to the report on a quarterly basis.

Job Requirement:

At least graduated from 12th class. University Graduate is preferred.
Knowledge of English and Computer.
Relevant experience with NGOs or any Private Companies
Higher Education Degree.
