Job Summary:
Administrative Assistant (FSN-07)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides administrative, logistical and translation services support for all members of the CN Section. Serves as a main point of contact for long-term continuity in an office with multiple projects, programs and ongoing initiatives. Works under the direct supervision of Counternarcotic Program Manager.

1. EDUCATION: Minimum two years of college or vocational studies in management, administration, or cultural affairs related fields is required.
2. EXPERIENCE: At least two years in a multi-cultural office environment performing administrative tasks is required.

4. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks. Ability to establish and maintain working-level contacts with host-country government officials and other international organizations.
5. JOB KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with the geography of Kabul and Afghanistan in general is required. A basic knowledge of Afghan government is necessary.
4. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks. Ability to establish and maintain working-level contacts with host-country government officials and other international organizations.
